Class Types

Yin Yoga

Playing your edge, resolving to remain still and holding the pose are the main principles of this practice.  This style of yoga stems from the Taoist concepts of yin and yang. Passive stretching targets the connective tissues – allowing the joints and ligaments to get their dose of nourishment.  Poses are on the ground, held for anywhere between 1 and 10 minutes, supported by any props you may need.

Dynamic Yoga

Connecting breath and movement through a sequence of postures is at the heart of this practice. You will find the right equilibrium between flexibility, strength and balance, through a variety of poses (standing and on the ground).  Aligning breath and body distracts the mind from the internal chatter, bringing us to being more present – helping us prepare for other aspects of yoga beyond the physical activity.

Yoga For Children

Join a fun and creative practice which includes postures through storytelling.
A playful way to develop motor skills and improve self-confidence, without forgetting a well earned relaxation.

Private Yoga

Either at your place or mine, a personalized session tailored to your needs and at your pace. 
Primarily available during weekends but (depending on the location and recurrence) certain week days may be viable.
